    New favorite pizza spot -- Bonci!!!  This place is constantly changing their pizzas available based on the ingredients they have and the produce that is in season.  The ingredient combinations available are unique and more importantly, DELICIOUS!!  

    Common in many Italian pizza places, you pay based on the weight of the pizza, so you will need to let them know how big of a piece you would like.  Not only are these pizzas popular in Rome, but they are also very popular internationally (with a few Boncis that have opened in the United States).  If you go during peak lunch or dinner times, grab a number and wait until you are called.  It is worth the wait!!!

    This is a must-try place for pizza lovers.
    Thick crust with unbelievable texture and taste specifically the crunchy bottom.
    Loved the place and flavours.
    Cooked to perfection and lovely.

    How have I not reviewed this place yet?!

    Basically, this is some of the best pizza I've had in my life. It's a mecca, to which US chefs make pilgrimage when in Rome. Aficionados write odes to it in publications. It's damn good.

    Make sure to get the fried, stuffed cheese balls. Those are life-changing as well.

    Focaccia pizza at its finest.

    I really enjoyed this pizza!! There was no seating, but we ordered and ate nearby. The seating arrangement is kind of uncomfortable. I think if you grab this pizza and eat it in a park area nearby it would be worth it. The ordering process is kind of confusing and the line can get long. Just remember you're ordering by the weight.

    Very fun place to try out some unique pizza toppings. Very crowded so you have to wait a bit to order and everything. The staff is very nice though and will describe the pizzas to you. Priced by weight. Tried quite a few plus their arancini. Definitely recommend trying this place out especially if you're near the Vatican.
